Shipping Carriers & Shipping Times

Non-handmade items ship within 2-4 business days after processing your order. Individual handmade items, including handmade items within bundles, are made in-house exclusively by Sugar Moon Bloom and ship within 2-3 weeks. Bundles without handmade items ship within 2-4 business days. Arrival times depend on the shipping method you chose at checkout. Ground shipping will be used if the order qualifies for free shipping and no alternate shipping method is selected at checkout. In the unlikely event you purchase an item that is out of stock, we will refund you the price and recalculate shipping costs if you have additional items in your order.

International Shipping

Currently we only offer shipping within the United States.

Refund Process

We love our products and want you to love them, too! We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making you happy. Items that have been unopened, unused and that are in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase, paper products are excluded and may not be returned due to their delicate nature. We apply returns to the tender it was purchased with. If you purchased your item(s) with a promotional discount, the discount amount will be deducted from the total amount of your return. All returns require a return authorization code from customer service. To authorize your return please contact customer service at customerservice@sugarmoonbloom.com. We do not cover return shipping costs and original shipping costs will not be refunded. If we receive a package that hasnโ€™t been authorized for a return or is past the 14-day return date, the items will not refunded and shipping charges for the items to be returned back to you will apply. Custom, handmade, paper products and sale items may not be returned and are final sale. 

Packaging Your Return

Please ship items in a box with the appropriate product padding so your items are not received damaged. Returned items we receive damaged will not be refunded.

Incorrect, Missing or Damaged Items

Please contact us at customerservice@sugarmoonbloom.com within 5 days of receiving your order and let us know whatโ€™s missing, incorrect, or damaged. We will need you to fill out and sign a claim form and let us know the items you did and didn't receive. We will most likely need photos of any damaged item(s) and the box if it arrived damaged as well so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address Issues 

Contact us immediately at  customerservice@sugarmoonbloom.com if you entered an incorrect delivery address. We will do our best to try to change it in time for you. However, we may not be able to change it if the package has already been processed and/or shipped. 

Holiday Shipping

Oh the holidays and how we love them! However, with all the fun and festivities come delays. Please allow for longer shipping time frames for you to receive your items, which means being an early bird and planning to shop early!
